Dream deep, for every dream precedes the goal.’

‘AWAKEN THE DREAMER’
As we weave our way towards Winter, autumn leaves lying at our feet, we turn inwards towards the growing darkness and welcome the dreamtime.
This is the time for dreaming. Slow down, exhale, let the outer shell soften and slip into the warm embrace of imagination. Our dreams, like hidden gems or dormant seeds, are waiting for us to pay attention.
The Earth needs dreamers. First the dream, then the reality. We need to wake up before it’s too late, and dream a new vision into being.
for Earth Dance as we surrender to the basic nourishment of movement in reverence to the Earth. However you are feeling – joy, sad, tired or energised ~ bring it to the dance. Together we co-create safe space for you to be your authentic and beautiful self. Conscious dance is one of the potent medicines of our time. As we dance, we get out of our heads, release tension, and return to freedom, joy and Love. Mother Earth is our co-guide as we reconnect with the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Spirit.
DANCE TRIBE = CommUNITY
Shake, shimmy, sway, however you want to move is welcome. There’s only one rule: “You can’t get it wrong!” For more info on dancing with River (Helen Pattinson): www.inspiredearthprojects.com
SAVE THE DATE ~ Last dance of 2019:
*Sunday December 15 ~ Dance Temple CV with River (Helen)
